WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. To begin processing a return, email us with your order number and indicate which item(s) you would like to return. We will send you instructions via email on how to return your item(s).

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item (or items) from the date you received it. We will email you with instructions once a return is requested. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The number of days it will take to receive your credit depends on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you’re waiting for a refund and want to check the status, you can view this information in Your Account.

To check the status of your refund:

  1. Click My Account
  2. Click the Orders tab under My Account
  3. The refund status is displayed next to your order#
